user type 选择账号的类别，是会员用户，还是临时用户（Select

account 输入用户的账号 （Enter

password输入密码enter

输入用户姓名、证件号码、开户金额、赠送金额（如网吧没有赠送活动，可不填）、会员备注信息（QQ号码、联系电话等，可不填），如果外接有小票打印机可选中，最后点“生成帐号”按钮即可生成帐号。 （Input
